The Sandy City Planning Commission met Aug. 7, 2025. The commission heard and voted to forward positive recommendations on two annexations (Kershaw and Jamieson Point), approved preliminary subdivision review for the Firefly subdivision after public comment and conditions, and approved a subdivision, site plan and conditional-use permit for a Jordan Credit Union branch modernization. Staff reported progress on a land development code update grant.
