The Norwich City Council on Aug. 4, 2025 conducted routine business including adoption of an ordinance and eight resolutions (all passed 7-0), heard a city manager report on public works and community programs, approved a lease and quick-claim conveyances, and authorized a lot-line adjustment related to the new Moriarty School; the council then entered executive session on pending claims and litigation.
