Hot Springs City Council conducted routine governance business, approving two second-reading ordinances (fire regulations and a rezoning), a citywide fee resolution, a retail off-sale malt beverage and South Dakota farm wine license for Whiskey River LLC, multiple contracts and financial actions (including a 9-1-1 dispatch contract), and several administrative appointments and hearings.
