The Nevada Commission on Ethics approved a stipulated agreement resolving consolidated complaints against former Nye County Treasurer John Wesley Prudant, delegated certain commission counsel duties to Associate Counsel Elizabeth Bassett, authorized the chair/vice chair to request interim representation from the Attorney Generals Office, reviewed agency outreach and hiring plans, and selected a new logo.
