City Commission adopted the Grand Rapids Climate Action and Adaptation Plan (CAP) after an hour of public testimony; the commission also confirmed a land bank appointment, approved multiple collective-bargaining agreements and salary ordinances, heard two Brownfield housing proposals and a public hearing on a downtown parking data drone study, and approved several settlements and ordinances.
