The Lower Colorado River Authority board met Aug. 20, 2025. Directors heard a managers’ report on recent Hill Country flooding and Highland Lakes operations, received a strong FY2025 financial report, approved several contracts, declared a 5,000-acre Bastrop County tract nonessential and authorized steps toward its sale, approved executive performance resolutions, and adjourned after returning from executive session.
