The City of New Braun Plan Commission met July 15, 2025, and unanimously approved a series of land-use and site requests including a future land-use change and rezoning with a PUD overlay, certified survey maps combining lots, and site modifications to enable an event-rental use. The commission denied a sign-waiver request for Chase Bank and referred proposed zoning code changes (building permit form) to a public hearing next month.
