Pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.03(A)(1) the Council may vote to enter into Executive Session:
➢ Discussion regarding possible appointment of up
to two (2) applicants to fill vacant Planning &
Zoning Commission seats.
*If Town Council votes to enter into Executive Session, they will
return to the Open Meeting to vote on item D.3.
*If Town Council does not wish to enter into Executive Session,
a vote will be taken immediately following interviews to fill up
to two (2) Planning and Zoning Commission seats.
Town Clerk Salskov will explain the voting method and read the
results aloud.
D4. Introduction of the New Friends of the Library Officers.
D5. Discussion and Possible Adoption of Resolution No. 25-1783, Approving an Intergovernmental Agreement between the Town of Pinetop-Lakeside and the Navajo County Library District.
D6. Discussion and Consideration of Approving a License Agreement Between the Town of Pinetop-Lakeside and the State of Arizona, Arizona Game and Fish Commission for White Mountain Trail use and Maintenance.
D7. Discussion and Possible Legal Action Regarding the Adoption of Resolution No. 25-1784, Approving the Amended 2024 Navajo County Multi-Jurisdictional Hazard Mitigation Plan.
