West Bend City Council and committee meetings on Sept. 8, 2025 addressed municipal licensing, multiple stormwater maintenance agreements, a small public-safety grant, termination of Tax Incremental District (TID) 7, updates to the city records-retention guide, and land-use rezonings for a small multi-family infill project. The council also heard reports on downtown business-district activity, library flood damage and temporary relocation of programs, and several plan-commission approvals for upcoming development. Two itemsa0were discussed in closed session: a developer agreement for TID 14 and the UWM Washington County property; council did not reconvene to take public action on those items.
