County Judge Executive opened the March 11 meeting, led invocation and the Pledge of Allegiance; set meeting time at 5:30 p.m. and welcomed viewers in-person and on cable/streaming.
Boone County Fiscal Court held a regular meeting March 11, 2025. The court advanced a first reading for a zoning map amendment, approved multiple resolutions and contract awards (including household hazardous waste and electronics collection), reviewed midyear social-service funding increases, discussed public safety/communications staffing and heard extensive public comment about traffic and safety on Orleans Boulevard; the court also asked staff to prepare a report on potentially repealing the county dog-licensing ordinance.
