VII. Consent Agenda
The items on the Consent Agenda are approved by a single action of the City Council. If any Councilmember would like to have an item removed from the Consent Agenda and considered separately, he/she may request to do so.
A. Approval of Minutes
The City Clerk will present the minutes of the regular meetings held June 2, 2025 and June 16, 2025 to the City Council for their approval.
B. City Clerk's Report
a. Report on fund balances, investments and collections as of June 2025.
b. Reports from City Departments for the month of June 2025:
1. List of Bills Paid;
2. A report from Downtown Poplar Bluff, Inc.;
3. A report from the Fire Department;

VIII. Workshop Items for Discussion
A. The City Council will consider a proposal received for a short-term bridge loan for losses and expenditures resulting from the March 14, 2025 tornado while the City awaits FEMA reimbursement for Major Disaster Declaration FEMA-4867-DR.
B. The City Council will consider a bid received for approximately 1.8 acres of City-owned property located on Highway 53.
IX. Action Required Items
AA. Bill No. The City Council will take action on an ordinance accepting a proposal from Azavar for revenue management and tax audit services.
BB. Bill No. The City Council will take action on an ordinance entering into a lease agreement with Spire Missouri, Inc. for the lease of City-owned property located at 2609 Kingsland, Poplar Bluff, Missouri.
CC. Bill No. The City Council will take action on an ordinance accepting a proposal for a short-term bridge loan relative to Major Disaster Declaration FEMA-4867-DR.
