At its Aug. 7, 2024 regular meeting, the Talent City Council held a public hearing on possible Community Development Block Grant projects (including purchase of 49 Talent Avenue for a community resource center), heard department reports on bioswales, splash pad and First Road, and received a detailed fleet replacement report with questions about electrification, finances and preservation of a long-term replacement schedule.
