MassDEP posted the Gap IV Energy Grant 2025-2026 Funding Opportunity for the Clean Energy Results Program seeking proposals from publicly-owned drinking water and wastewater facilities, nonprofit agricultural or food producing organizations, and small businesses engaged in food distribution and processing. The Gap IV Energy Grant program is designed to fill the last “gap” in project financing as facilities maximize Mass Save incentives and other funding sources to install selected energy efficiency and clean energy projects. The program will make available up to $5 million to these eligible entities. In accordance with the Gap Energy Grant Program’s Estimated Procurement Calendar, MassDEP held a Bidders’ Information Conference on August 20, 2025 to provide details regarding the Gap IV Energy Grant.
