Consent Agenda
A. Bills to be allowed in the amount of $930,669.14 and authorize Mayor Johnson and Clerk Soik to sign the warrant.
B. Approve cemetery deed no. 0326 by and between the City of Alpena and Judy Diethelm in the amount of $1,500 for block 42, lot 21 and 22, for the use and purpose of a burial lot with perpetual care and authorize Mayor Johnson and Clerk Soik to sign said deed.
C. Approve cemetery deed no. 0327 by and between the City of Alpena and Melissa Hantzis in the amount of $2,250 for block 41, lots 126, 127, and 128, for the use and purpose of a burial lot with perpetual care and authorize Mayor Johnson and Clerk Soik to sign said deed.
D. Council appointment of Kelli Liske and Anna Mitterling to the Wildlife Sanctuary Board for a three-year term to expire on July 01, 2028.

F. Authorize Mayor Johnson to sign the summer 2025 tax roll Supervisor’s Warrant which is the authority to collect the taxes, make the necessary distribution of taxes, and do what is necessary to enforce collection of taxes as specified in the General Property Tax Act, No. 206, P.A. 1893.
G. Authorize votes to be cast for Brian Boggs, Incumbent, City Councilmember, City of Durand; Maureen Donker, Incumbent, Mayor, City of Midland; Craig Stolsonburg, Appointee, Manager, Village of Middleville; and Deborah Stuart, Appointee, Manager, City of Mason, to serve as Trustees of the Michigan Municipal League Workers’ Compensation Fund.
