Sutherlin City Council met to handle routine business including approval of minutes, designate a League of Oregon Cities voting delegate, approve equipment purchases and surplus property, and hear staff reports and extended public comment on stormwater rules, solicitation ordinances, workforce housing and construction traffic concerns. Council recessed to an executive session on real property negotiations.
