Libby City Council held a regular meeting that opened with the pledge and prayer, heard a public hearing on a CDBG application to replace a failing lift station, conducted a budget public hearing and adopted annual appropriations and tax levy resolutions, and discussed use of the community development fund including a proposed grant-writer position and a request to fund a boiler ignition repair at the Moore Memorial Center.
