The Libby City Council met to hear department reports, approve two conditional-use permits (a home salon and a mobile home), consider a proposed long-term lease/MOU with the Liberty Area Chamber of Commerce, approve several small community grants and a boiler repair grant, appoint a planning board member, declare surplus property for auction and handle routine business before adjourning.
