QUARTERLY DISPOSITION AUCTION:
a. Township 2 South, Range 1 East, USM: Section 18: a strip of land 50' wide on the left side of the center line of the State Road beginning at engineer's station, 116-00 which point is more particularly described as three feet North of the Southwest comer, thence 89°36' East 2640 feet to station 142-40 containing 3.2 acres less old road 1.7 acres new road 1.5 acres (containing 3.20 acres, more or less)
b. Township 2 South, Range 1 East, USM: Section 20: a strip of land on the right side of the State Road 26 feet wide and beginning at a point 1320 feet East and 33 feet South of the NW Corner of the NE/4, thence East 300 feet; thence South 26 feet; thence West 300 feet; thence North 26 feet to the point of beginning. (containing 0.18 acres, more or less)
