The Murrysville Planning Commission met Oct. 8, 2024, and voted to forward a conditional‑use application for Summerhill Phase 2 (excavation/steep slopes) to borough council with four conditions after engineering review and public comment. The commission also reviewed proposed text/map changes to the General Business overlay district and asked staff to refine definitions and subdistrict guidance before returning in November.
