SPECIAL BOARD MEETING TO CONSIDER FINAL APPROVAL OF THE $5M LEASE-PURCHASE AGREEMENT FOR EDUCATION TECHNOLOGY The Board of Education of the Central Consolidated School District No. 22, Shiprock, New Mexico (“Board” or “”District”), will meet in special session at 5:30 p.m. on August 14, 2025, at the Central Consolidated Administrative Office Board Room, Shiprock, New Mexico, to consider a resolution granting final approval of a lease-purchase arrangement (“Lease-Purchase Agreement”) for the lease-purchase of education technology equipment in an amount not to exceed $5,000,000 as authorized by the Education Technology Equipment Act, NMSA 1978, §§ 6-15A-1 to 6-15A-17 (“Act”).
