Franklin Community School Corp. board met in October to recognize student and staff achievements, adopt the 2025 budget, approve bond-related resolutions and bus routes, review transportation metrics and driver staffing, and discuss proposed contracts for special-education psychology services and expanded counseling providers. Administrators reviewed finances and a proposed change to the state high-school diploma framework.
