The City of Bloomington Board of Zoning Appeals on Dec. 19, 2024 approved a conditional-use permit for a proposed duplex at 800 East Grimes Lane while denying the petitioner’s request for a sidewalk variance; the board also approved a variance allowing driveway access from Lindbergh Drive for a separate property because a karst conservancy easement prevents alley access.
