Chair (Town Board) called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m., led the Pledge of Allegiance (recited by a member), and noted one member (Mr. Chesnett) was excused; Tiffany Hesser (Commissioner Naff's office) and Matt (comprehensive planning) were introduced.
The Enterprise Town Advisory Board met Aug. 13, 2025 to hear planning and zoning applications ranging from small waivers for single‑family lots to multi‑acre plan amendments. The board denied several plan‑amendment and waiver requests citing public‑works safety and neighborhood fit, approved an extension for senior housing, and approved or conditioned several development and design review items after resident concerns about traffic and density.
