The Bryan City Council met on Aug. 4, 2025. During public comment a Huntington Drive resident pressed the city about a halted repaving job and equipment problems. The council approved three ordinances: annexation of a Mendoza family parcel, a 30-day change order for a Safe Routes to School sidewalk, and a contract award for a waterline replacement on East Mulberry Street; all passed on unanimous voice votes after motions to suspend the rules.
