The Eagan City Council met in a Nov. 12 special session to certify election results, consider how to use new state LAHA housing funds for expanded home-repair and radon mitigation programs, hear the Eagan Convention & Visitors Bureau budget and visitor data, and review enterprise and special revenue budget proposals including proposed utility rate adjustments and sustainability staffing. Council expressed general support for advancing LAHA joint-powers work and several 2025 budget proposals; formal votes were limited to procedural items and certification of election results.
