Council heard community presentations and proclamations, received project updates on the Randolph Corridor and Southeast Gateway Line, voted to update user fees (with council direction to separate parking citations and study hardship/veteran waivers), approved the city emergency operations plan and a package of new staff positions, and awarded multiple contracts including a well rehabilitation bid.
