The Montana House State Administration Committee held a multi-hour hearing on dozens of bills. Members opened with roll call, heard testimony on campaign finance changes, veterans long-term care study changes, marijuana local ballot language bills, judiciary disclosure and other housekeeping and transparency bills, then completed executive action on many of the measures.
