blockage on 19th Street between 2nd and 3rd Avenues.
7. Conduct a public hearing and consider approval of a Retail Table Wine License and a Retail
Beer License for off premise consumption for Quiktrip Corporation d/b/a Quiktrip 7181,

8. Consider a request for approval of overnight travel for Councilmember Jennifer W. Smith
to attend an ALM Board of Directors meeting October 8-9, 2025, in Montgomery, AL.
