The Overland Park Community Development Committee heard an annual update on the citys new comprehensive plan framework (Framework OP), presentations from the Overland Park Historical Society and Growing Futures Early Education, and voted to recommend a bike-share pilot negotiated with BikeWalk/ RideKC. Committee members asked staff to return contract, liability and timing details as the item moves through Public Works and to full council.
