Neptune Beach City Council met Sept. 3, 2025. Council held public hearings and approved the tentative millage rate and proposed budget for FY2025–26, heard a city-manager proposal to raise paid parking rates, approved a bundled development plan and related variances for 1112 Third Street, enacted an ordinance authorizing future nonprofit entities, approved a union MOU, and ratified the city clerk's employment agreement.
