1. Hold a public hearing and request action for Comprehensive Plan Amendment #41, a change
in the recommended 2020 Land Use Plan for approximately 64.13 acres located at the southwest corner of E. Paradise Drive and S. River Road (2010-2012 S. River Road) from Single-Family Residential to Multi-Family Residential, by the City of West Bend (Tax Key # 1119-251-0028 and 0029).

1. Hold a public hearing and request action for ZA-25-006, a zoning map amendment located at the southwest corner of E. Paradise Drive and S. River Road (2010-2012 S. 2. ZA-25-010, Hold a public hearing and request action for a zoning map amendment located at
508 N. Main Street for 0.40 acres of land and adjacent right-of-ways, from B-1 Community
Business District to B-2 Central Business District, by PSE Investments, LLC. (Tax Key 1119-114-0602).
3. Hold a public hearing and request action for ZPU-25-011, a request for a zoning amendment to the existing B-1 Community Business District with a Planned Unit Development Overlay District (Tax Keys 1119-234-0018) located at 840-860 W. Paradise Drive. This amendment is to modify the existing coordinated commercial development for the existing +/- 46,053 sq. ft. multi-tenant Commercial building and for the approval of a new site plan for an +/-11,580 sq. ft. commercial building addition.
