SPI Vuelta Zone highlights featured Radio Personality, celebrity DJs and favorite balloons This year, we will keep the SPI fun atmosphere, attendees will get to enjoy the "Texas' Best Beach” float, as well as the iconic crowd favorite colossal balloon, Ridley the Sea Turtle. They will join the giant American Eagle, SpongeBob SquarePants, and 30 more helium balloons. The McAllen Holiday Parade attracts thousands of visitors and has become one of the largest holiday celebrations in Texas.
