The Forsyth County Board of Education held a work session Aug. 12, 2025. The board received a department update from Dr. Valerie Lowe on community engagement, career pathways and workforce strategy; reviewed two personnel-related policies for a 30-day public comment period; heard an operational opening-week update; and voted unanimously on procedural motions including entering executive session for personnel.
