An Ordinance recommended by the Planning Commission on June 17, 2025, to change the zoning of property as indicated on the District Map, from the “F” Neighborhood Commercial District to the “C” Multiple-Family Dwelling District, in City Block 1418 (2861-69 McNair Avenue), so as to include the described parcel of land in City Block 1418; and containing an emergency clause.
Board Bill Number 80

This Board Bill repeals Ordinance Number 69056 concerning the City’s participation in the Property Assessment Clean Energy Act. This Board Bill enacts a new ordinance regarding the same to enable the City to join the Missouri Clean Energy District in order to provide an additional authorized entity through which owners of property within the City may obtain financing for energy efficiency or renewable energy improvements to their property pursuant to Missouri’s Property Assessment Clean Energy Act. This Board Bill further states the steps to be taken by the City in connection with entry to the District, and the activities such District may conduct in the City as a member of such District.
Board Bill Number 82

This Board Bill seeks to authorize and direct the Mayor and Comptroller of the City of St. Louis to quit claim to 900 N Tucker Building, LLC, a Missouri limited liability company, its successors and assigns, an affiliate and subsidiary of The StarWood Group, LLC, a Missouri limited liability company, those certain parcels of real estate belonging to the City of St. Louis located at 1134 and 1138 Dr. Martin Luther King Drive, forming portions of the plaza commonly known as “Interco Plaza”, the balance of which is already owned by 900 N Tucker Building, LLC. The proposed Bill will have a positive impact on the community, as it will help promote local commercial activity and generate tax revenue for the City of St. Louis.
