Highlights from the Mayor’s Report: • New Village Hall hours: Mon–Wed 8a–5p; Thu (court only); Fri 8a–5p; Sat 9a–1p to serve working residents. • Blight removal: 22 homes identified; first demo at 145th & Park complete; 3 more titles secured—demos within ~2 weeks. • Street repaving: 12 streets slated via grant; each block ~30 days from start to finish; thanks to Trustee Steave/Public Works. • Audits: FY’22 finished; FY’23 targeted by Dec 31 to stay on track. • Historic & partnerships: Committee formed for Pope Leo’s childhood home; working on an IGA with the Park District. • Unclaimed money: Check the Illinois Treasurer’s iCash—residents and the Village have funds to claim. • Call to vote in March, keep “#DoltonUnited,” and recognize service by Chief Jeff Chapman, Superintendent Darryl Bunch, and Fire Chief Q Curtis.
