The Clermont County Board of Commissioners met July 23, 2025. The board opened with prayer and routine approvals, recognized a retiring assistant prosecutor, heard a 20-year master plan presentation for the Clermont County Airport that proposes a runway extension and estimates $21–22 million in phased projects with FAA participation, approved a renewal + increase levy to support children's services to go on the Nov. 4, 2025 ballot, authorized staff to pursue state cybersecurity training through the Ohio Persistent Cyber Improvement (OPCI) program, handled routine contracts and change orders (including a $187,518.12 change order on a landslide project), approved one road vacation (portion of Anstead Road) and declined another (Oxbow Drive), and authorized advertisement for bids on animal-shelter improvements.
