Our friends at the Audubon Society of Kalamazoo are sharing easy ways you can make your windows bird friendly and help prevent window collisions. 🦅 ✅ Add insect screens ✅ Leave blinds half open ✅ Use tapes or films designed for birds ✅ Install garden netting over glass ✅ Decorate with washable paint 💡 Try to avoid leaving any spaces larger than 2x2 inches in your design, otherwise small birds might think there's room to fly through. ⏰ Making our windows more visible to birds is especially important during spring and fall when millions of birds are migrating through Kalamazoo.
