St. Francis Common Council held a regular meeting on Oct. 7, 2025, with two public hearings: an initial PUD review for the Triangle property and a rezoning request for a drive-thru facility at 3737 S. Kinnickinnic Ave. Residents raised concerns about loss of green space, traffic, infrastructure and use of TIF/TID funding; several routine motions and a resolution to begin special assessments were approved by voice vote.
