Consent Agenda
A. Bills to be allowed in the amount of $1,307,945.89 and authorize Mayor Johnson and Clerk Soik to sign the warrant.
B. Approval of cemetery deed no. 0334 by and between the City of Alpena and Ray Bleau in the sum of $755 for block 40, lot 151, for the use and purpose of a burial lot with perpetual care and authorize Mayor Johnson and Clerk Soik to sign said deed.
C. Approve the Culligan Plaza Reconstruction Project change order in the amount of $17,695.31 and authorize Mayor Johnson to sign.
D. Authorize the closure of the Economic Development Corporation bank account held with PNC Bank and transfer the funds to the City of Alpena’s General Fund held with Nicolet National Bank.
E. Mayoral reappointment of Randy Boboltz to the Planning Commission for a three-year term to expire on November 01, 2028.
F. Council reappointment of Jon Broers to the Zoning Board of Appeals for a three-year term to expire on October 20, 2028.
