The Boyle County Board of Adjustments heard two public hearings: a conditional use permit request to operate a short-term rental at 140 St. Mildred's Court in downtown Danville and a variance request for an accessory building at 502 Dogwood Drive. After public comment and deliberation the board voted 4–1 to deny the short-term rental permit and unanimously approved the setback variance with conditions.
