Public commenters, students, and legislators pressed the Laramie County School District #1 Board of Trustees to reverse or reconsider proposed facility-use fee increases for community swim clubs and questioned why an 8.5% legislative pay increase did not appear to show up in employee pay. The board approved two professional service contracts and voted to enter executive session on student/ personnel matters.
