The committee favored keeping eligibility and implementation language flexible (rather than strict numeric thresholds), asked staff to refine draft language with engineer input, and indicated a desire to align any local restrictions on leaf blowers with nearby Lower Merion Township's phased approach. The meeting opened with approval of Sept. 12 minutes and closed after brief departmental reports, including a police bus-patrol update.
