Mount Carmel City council heard visitor requests for a community prayer walk and youth events, reviewed park improvements and grant applications for a pool and Lincoln Park upgrades, approved a 1.5-acre subdivision and accepted a $25,000 bid for the Southgate parcel, and advanced street and utility work plans including College Drive paving.
