The Department of Education hosted a webinar introducing outcomes-based contracting (OBC) for high-dosage tutoring. Presenters explained the OBC model, shared two case studies (Denver Public Schools and Ector County ISD), reviewed implementation steps and a sample rate card, and invited external tutoring providers to signal interest by Oct. 10 via an online form. Staff offered technical support to school systems and vendors throughout the process.
