The Kennewick School District Board of Directors held a regular meeting that featured student spotlights for highly capable and career-technical education programs, community presentations on literacy and childcare partnerships, public comments on transgender student participation in sports and school counselor staffing, and board action on a policy revision and a resolution concerning gender identity and interscholastic athletics.
