St. Louis County Committee of the Whole reviewed the draft STL Co 2050 comprehensive plan, heard a presentation from county planning staff and AECOM on the plan’s goals and digital tools, received four public comments from stakeholders, and voted to place proposed ordinance language calling for legislation on the council’s unfinished business agenda to be considered at an upcoming meeting.
