St. Louis County Council met Sept. 9, 2025. The body honored retiring Port Authority board member Gilbert Klinek, advanced and passed a slate of bills and substitute bills, adopted a resolution urging changes to the senior tax freeze reapplication process, heard public comment on intoxicating cannabinoid marketing and international issues, and voted to enter a closed session to consider a hiring recommendation.
