Members of the LC UAS board met for a regular meeting to handle routine governance items, hear reports on recent events (including Foodtown and the farmers market), review progress on a planned modular office installation, and discuss staffing and finance issues including a proposed contracted grant-writing arrangement and formation of a finance/audit committee.
