The Fall River Board of Health met virtually on Oct. 27, 2025. The board approved the minutes of its Sept. 29 meeting, granted a new tattoo establishment license for New Heart Tattoo and a practitioner license for Lisonbee Pavo, and approved a variance allowing the keeping of roughly 20 chickens at 45 Niagara Street after hearing neighbor comments. The board set its next meeting for Monday, Dec. 8, 2025, and adjourned.
