Atlantis Charter School in Fall River held a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the new EMS Tritons Academy, a senior-year EMT training program that will enable students to graduate with EMT certification. School leaders, state lawmakers and community partners attended; speakers highlighted workforce credentials, state career-technical investment and statutory changes ("Nero's law") that expand EMT authority to treat police and military dogs.
